After the first round of consultations, the Public Policy Secretariat is now inviting the interested public to participate in the second round of consultations on the on the Draft Regulatory Impact Assessment Decree. This Draft Decree version includes the provisions regulating the process of implementation and quality assurance of ex-ante regulatory impact assessment, the implementation of ex-post regulatory impact assessment and the consultation process, as well as three appendices. At this moment, the text of the Draft Decree does not contain transitional and final provisions. The interested public is herewith invited to submit comments on the material to the following email danijela.zugic@rsjp.gov.rs by 1 September 2023.
