In April 2014 she was appointed Acting Deputy Director of the Public Policy Secretariat (PPS). On 31 January 2018, she was appointed Acting Director of the PPS. By Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia dated 17 January 2020. she was appointed to the position of director.
Bojana Tošić graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Belgrade University in 2004. Her professional career started in 2005 when she became a legal trainee. In 2008 she entered the Register of Lawyers with the Bar Association of Belgrade. She has more than 10 years of experience in the area of regulatory reform, public administration reform, and public policy management.
She has worked as a consultant at numerous projects funded by the European Union, the World Bank (WB), and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). During the period 2007-2011 she was a legal adviser at the Secretariat of the Council for Regulatory
Reform and Regulatory Impact Assessment, and during the period 2008-2010 she worked as a coordinator of the legal team of the Unit for the Implementation of Comprehensive Regulatory Reform of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (the so-called regulatory guillotine).
In July 2013 she became Deputy Director of the Government Office for Regulatory Reform and Regulatory Impact Assessment. She participated in the drafting of numerous regulations, studies, and reports needed by both the public and the private sector. She is a certified World Bank trainer in the area of regulatory impact assessment.

Ninoslav Kekić
He was appointed to the position of deputy director by Government Decision 24 Number: 119-257/2025 from January 16, 2025 for five years.
He worked as an expert in the field of supporting the development of MSME and public administration reform in the field of simplification and digital transformation of public administration services on UNOPS and World Health Organization projects in Serbia and projects financed by the OECD and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development abroad.
In the period from 2009 to 2012, he worked on improving the business environment for small and medium-sized enterprises and the development of balanced regional development in the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, and in the period from 2012 to 2015, as the head of the organizational unit for improving the business environment in the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy, he worked on significant reform regulations aimed at better business conditions in Serbia and the development of dialogue with the economy. He participated in the drafting of numerous regulations and public policy documents.
He is a certified trainer of the World Bank in the field of analysis of the effects of regulations and of the National Academy for Public Administration in the areas of electronic administration, analysis of the effects of regulations, legislative and planning systems.
Since April 2015, he has been working as the head of the Department and assistant director of the Republic Secretariat for Public Policies.
He is the creator and program manager of award-winning projects at the global, European and regional level, namely:
1. Program for Simplifying Administrative Procedures and Regulation ePAPIR – 2 awards at the Partnership for Public Administration Global Competition 2021 in Korea for the project with the most significant impact on the economy and citizens – chosen as one of the leaders of innovation in public administration at the global level;
2. Register of administrative procedures – Single place for all public administration services – 3 awards at EIPA/EPSA 2024 in the Netherlands – European Award for Innovation in Public Administration;
3. Digital transformation of public administration services in the area of the Green Agenda – winning project ReSPA/SIGMA – regional award for innovations in public administration.
