Belgrade, July 7, 2022 – The Public Policy Secretariat organized a Round Table on the implementation of the Law on the Planning System in the Republic of Serbia at Fabrika Event Space. The event was organized in cooperation with partners from the public, private and civil sectors, in order to improve the existing legal framework.
The round table presented the course of the ex post analysis of the Law on the Planning System of the RS, as well as the results achieved and the issues identified so far in the implementation of the Law and the accompanying Regulation.
The result of the Workshop was to share the previous experiences in the drafting of public policy documents and regulations, and the suggestions and guidelines presented by the participants will be used to improve the by-laws for the implementation of the Law.
