The Public Policy Secretariat herewith advises the public concerned that the public hearing on the Draft Programme for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures and Regulations – “ePAPIR” 2022–2025 (hereinafter: Program) is to be held from 24 November to 13 December 2022.
The Program is the continuation of the process of simplification (optimization and abolition of redundant administrative procedures) and digitalization of administrative procedures, with the aim of improving security, transparency of the work of public authorities and predictability of the business environment.
Action plan makes an integral part of the Program and it includes recommendations for simplification of administrative procedures. By adopting the recommendations, public administration reform process continues, improving and expanding the content of the Register of Administrative Procedures.
We would herewith like to invite all interested parties to submit their comments, proposals and suggestions for the improvement of the Program to the “e-Consultation” Portal. The document is published on the link here.
