As of Thursday, 8 October 2026, a new digital service for electronic submission of applications is available in the Media Register maintained by the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), via the SBRA eServices portal.
On this occasion, on 9 October 2026, Bojana Stojmenović, Acting Director of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), and Dušan Kuzmanović, Acting Director of the Public Policy Secretariat (PPS), met to complete the final handover of digital services within the Media Register.
Under the “Serbia Digitalization for Business Environment (D4BE) ”project, implemented by the Public Policy Secretariat with financial support from the European Union and operational support from the World Bank, the existing Media Register information system has been upgraded to enable the electronic delivery of services.
The implementation of this activity has resulted in the full digitalisation of a total of 17 administrative procedures carried out within the Media Register, together with the upgrade of the existing application into a technologically modern and efficient service that facilitates business processes and data registration for internal users and provides external users with faster, simpler and more accessible digital services. The new information system meets modern e-Government standards both functionally and technologically, and enables integration with the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.
The Serbian Business Registers Agency has also made online user guides available on its Media Register e-Registration webpage to facilitate the use of this digital service.
The Serbia Digitalization for Business Environment (D4BE) Project is aimed at improving the business environment in Serbia by simplifying and digitalizing administrative procedures that businesses encounter in the course of their operations. The development of digital services reduces the administrative burden, increases the efficiency and predictability of procedures, and enables businesses to devote more time and resources to business development. The project is implemented by the Public Policy Secretariat with the financial support from the European Union as part of the broader reform aimed at improving the business environment in the Republic of Serbia.
