Public debates

Public debate is a form of public participation in the process of preparation of regulations and public policy documents, which is to be conducted after the completion of the consultation process. The conduct of the public debate in the preparation of regulations and public policy documents is regulated in more details by the Rules of Procedure of the Government of Serbia.
