Public Policy Secretariat (PPS) participates in various formats of international cooperation with the aim of improving the quality of public policies, enhancing service delivery to citizens and businesses, and continuously implementing regulatory reform to simplify the regulatory framework and eliminate unnecessary administrative procedures in the Republic of Serbia, as well as to align with European and international standards in these areas. Cooperation is conducted through partnerships with numerous international organizations, development agencies, and regional and global experts, as well as through participation in regional and international projects and initiatives.
Through active engagement in different forms of international cooperation, the PPS contributes to strengthening the analytical and institutional capacities of public administration, exchanges good practices in the areas of planning, monitoring and evaluation of public policies, and advances regulatory reform, increased public and stakeholder participation during the development of public policy documents and regulations, and the conducting of impact assessments of public policy documents and regulations.
Through cooperation with international partners, the PPS contributes to the modernization of the planning system of the Republic of Serbia, better coordination of reform processes, and a more effective response to development challenges, with the aim of improving the quality of life of citizens and the business environment in the Republic of Serbia.
