60% of the planned results have been achieved, while preconditions for another 25% have been created and are expected to be carried out in the shortest period. The Republic of Serbia has successfully adapted its policy, putting citizens’ health and preserving macroeconomic stability, along with sustainable GDP growth, in the foreground.
Significant road and infrastructure projects have been completed while some new commenced, investments in the field of environmental protection have been initiated, as well as the projects for the construction of new energy facilities. The digitalisation of public administration continued by establishing new systems and the transformation of administration from the traditional function of a regulator to end-user-oriented, i.e. to servicing citizens and the economy.
When it comes to security, results were achieved in reducing the number of organized criminal groups, as well as increasing the number of detected criminal offenses in the field of organized crime and criminal offenses with elements of corruption. The Republic of Serbia has improved both the normative and strategic framework in the field of human rights protection.

The Action Plan for the implementation of the Government Program for the period 2020-2022 is an operational document created on the basis of the Government Program presented to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia during its election. The APIGP outlines the Government’s most important goals within four priority areas: efficient public administration; further economic strengthening of Serbia; Serbia in Europe and the world; protection of human rights and security.
