PARTNERS: Public Policy Secretariat and Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities

PROJECT AIM: Systemic reforms towards strengthened local governments in line with the Public Administration Reform Strategy lead to more efficient LSGs, better services, participatory-democratic processes and evidence-based planning at the local level to the benefit of men and women in Serbia.

DURATION: 2020-2024

 

Project activities in outcome 3 are directed to further upgrade the Business Intelligence System (database on LSGs) with a view to facilitating evidence-based policy-making, to promote the BI system and to train LSGs employees to learn how to use the BI system, as well as to support the creation of a Development Plan for three pilot LSGs. These project activities are conducted by the Public Policy Secretariat in cooperation with the National academy for public administration, the Standing conference of cities and municipalities and the Ministry of public administration and local self-government.
