The Administrative Procedures Portal (RAP), managed by the Public Policy Secretariat of the Republic of Serbia, is the national winner of the prestigious European Enterprise Promotion Awards 2025, in the category “Supporting the Digital Transition.”
By this award, Serbia qualified its official representative for the European finals, which will take place during the SME Assembly in Copenhagen, from 10 till 12 November 2025.
This is a confirmation of recognition for Administrative Procedures Portal as the most important initiative contributing to the digital transformation of public administration and the creation of a more favorable business environment. RAP represents a unique platform providing comprehensive information about all public administration procedures, intended for citizens, business entities or those wishing to start a business activity.
The European-level winners will be announced at the official awards ceremony in Denmark.
