At the session held on 28 July 2022, the government adopted the Regulation on the management, functioning and determining the data entered in the register of administrative procedures.
In accordance with the Law on the Register of Administrative Procedures (“Official Gazette of the RS”, number 44/21), the Regulation regulates in more detail the content of the data entered in the Register of Administrative Procedures, as well as the data that is publicly available on the Register’s Portal, i.e. entry, editing of the data entered, deletion of administrative procedures and administrative requests, as well as the method of confirming the correctness of entered data.
The aim of the adoption of the Regulation is to ensure the implementation of the Law on the Register of Administrative Procedures, so that citizens, businesses and other entities have all the necessary information available regarding administrative procedures and administrative requests carried out by public administration bodies. The implementation of the Regulation will contribute to the easier and more efficient exercise of certain rights, i.e. the fulfilment of prescribed obligations for citizens, businesses and other entities, while public administration bodies will be able to create procedures publicly available to all users in a simple and uniform manner.
