Overall objective of the project: Strengthening the capacities of public administration in the Republic of Serbia and preparing for successful integration into the European Union, with a particular focus on increasing efficiency, transparency, professionalism, and citizen-oriented service delivery. This includes improving the quality of public services, enhancing human resource management, improving the provision of administrative services, strengthening coordination in the drafting, implementation, and monitoring of public policy documents, and improving the implementation of consultation processes.
